COLLECTION OF GOOD PRACTICES ON SOFT SKILLS LEARNING AND ASSESSMENT

In the framework of the Work-plan 2020-22 of the Action Group n. 3 “Labour market, education and training” of EUSALP - the EU-Strategy for the Alpine Region - an action on "Soft skills assessment method tool for WBL in Alpine Space" has been planned. To this end, Fondazione Demarchi of Trento (IT) and IRES FVG of Udine (IT) were commissioned to carry out a survey on "TOOLS AND GUIDELINES FOR IDENTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT OF A SET OF SOFTS SKILLS RELATED TO WORK-BASED LEARNING AND TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF ALPINE ECONOMY - FIRST FRAMEWORK BASED ON DESK AND GOOD PRACTICES ANALYSIS". This activity is realized in the framework of the Alp Gov 2 project (n. 942) co-financed by the ERDF fund through the Interreg Alpine Space Programme.

The desk analysis has identified seven soft-skills as priorities for work-based learning context and for the development of the Alpine economy (the definitions used are taken from the European ESCO competence classification system):

- Collaborating in teams and networks

- Communicating

- Taking a proactive approach

- Working with digital devices and applications

- Thinking creatively and innovatively (including futures literacy)

- Maintaining a positive attitude

- Applying environmental skills and competences.

The questionnaire is aimed at collecting and describing already finished projects/activities in which you have participated, that have obtained good results and which you consider interesting as a good practice, aimed primarily at learning and/or evaluating one or more of the soft skills indicated above, or secondarily other soft skills.

Please, fill in the questionnaire taking account that some questions could require a short text of specification of the given answer.

Questions indicated by an asterisk must be considered as mandatory.

Thank you in advance for your contribution to the collection of good practices!
